Guitar "back to basics"

Year 2006 I learned playing guitar, its on my high school days I remembered. My father taught me how to. Its like 1 month for me to totally play 1 song, it was entitled "Stay" by Cushe. It is not easy for me to play it at the first time, of course I need the right beat and the perfect timing when it comes in strumming. Strumming while singing is also quite hard in the first place so its easier for me not to sing while playing the guitar.

Its funny after 2 years engaging my self in the guitar, I stopped. 2 years later I'm in college now and I found my self playing it but it seems like my hands are not used to it anymore. It is like back to basic in guitar, I also found out that I can't remember those cords that I used to know when I'm in my high school days. I can't play those rock music I knew during that time, hehe now I always turned the pages to the cord charts. I played like 20 mins or so, then suddenly stopped coz my fingers were hurt its because I'm not used to it now and it feels like starting all over again.. *sigh*

Happy New Year! Welcome 2009!

Oh my, this is uber late because I wasn't able to log in into blogger I forgot my password.. Thank God I have remembered it.. By the way Happy New Year to all of yah..

This last Dec. 31, me and my family enjoyed the new year's eve a lot, the whole family is complete including my nephew and brothers but they will leave early 7pm.Before 12:00 midnight we prepared and cooked together, like spagetti, pancit, chicken curry & grilled pork and fish. I became the dishwasher, my mom became the cook but mom said I'll cook the spagetti coz she loves it when I will be the one who will cook it.

Its much happier if we just celebrate new year with your fingers complete that's why we don't bother ourselves to use any firecracker, instead I pull out our stereo/component outside (terace). This is what I always did when new year comes, I just want to make noise in different ways without using dangerous firecrackers. I write all booty shaking songs in one cd and make it mp3 format so I can put 50+ songs in one cd.

When exactly 12:00 I turned my track to "Booty Music" next is "Shawty its your booty" those are one of the Ent 21 favorite songs.. hehe I missed them already *sigh*.. Anyways, I went to sleep early like, 1:30. Not too much fireworks so I already went to sleep.

Happy New year guys! Too bad I didn't have the chance to take a shot of the happiest moments :(

Merry Christmas! :3

I know that it is late but, Merry Christmas to all!

Everyone in the family was busy because of Christmas, parties are everywhere. Party cannot be called a party if there's nothing we called Noche Buena.

Together with my mom and dad, we celebrated Christmas eve on my brother's house at Panapaan Bacoor, Cavite. I was amazed when I saw this pretty Christmas Tree of my brother inside their house, because it was the first time he planned to bought a Christmas Tree for his house, hehe..

We also celebrated Christmas with my brother's Classmates. It is cool because they celebrated Christmas with us, knowng that they all have their families waiting for them at home.

Ate Grace cooked this kinds of viands like hamonado, menudo, adobo, bbQ, afritada and chicken ham. What I love is the chicken ham, it was so delicious and it is a new taste for me. After we eat, we exchanged gifts. I got a shoulder bag, it is from my mom. haha! My mom got a cheap cellphone, cheap because its doesn't have camera. It is from my big bro, kuya Mervin. Wow! galante si kuya! haha!

My bro's classmate also made leche plan for us to enjoy it as a desert. It was delicious too, it was 8 pcs! OMG! Hinayhinay lng sa matamis lolobo ako lalo! hahaha! Grabe as in super sarap ng leche plan. Too bad I can't take home 1 whole :( because my brother wont allowed me to! Anyways, I am so happy to celebrate this Christmas with my family and friends and I got a lots of gifts this Christmas, specially what Xyme gave me, a teddy bear :) hehe.. Thank you! :)

Christmas is a very meaningful day for us, it is when our Jesus Christ was born. So before anything else celebrate Christmas by going to Church, attend mass and give thanks to our Lord for saving us.. Again Have a Merry Christamas to all! :3

Christmas at Home of Joy (Jabez)

We are very thankful to Hanna Viscayda because of this wonderful project of ENT 21 this year 2008. Without her this wouldn't be happen.

This the greatest project of our section (ENT21) this year (2008). Here at Home of Joy (Jabez), we expressed the true meaning of Christmas for orphan children. We are their Santa clause and give them presents for this coming Christmas. We also played and eat together.

Christmas is not just giving out gifts or presents, what matter is the pure heart of those people who gave you the presents. It doesn't matter how big or small the gifts you receive but what matter is, that special person remembered you in this seasonal celebration. Merry Christmas to all of you, may the Lord Blessed you and your family :)

*All I can say is I'm so grateful that I can give happiness to those children in the orphanage*

Below, our random pictures at Jabez

We promised that will be back next year for another Christmas celebration with them :)

DLSU-D Recollection for ENT21 (2008)

It was held at Dec. 10 at CHCC, Batulao Batangas, entittled "Tagpuan sa Ugnayan". It is our second time to be there at CHCC and we learned a lot as we reflected the word or God in our lives.

At the first page of our journal it says "Why Am I Here?", good question huh?. Then below it says "To experience God's loving presence in human relationships and the revelation of His mysteries through silence, prayer, reflection, and sharing."

As we arrived at the destination point, we proceed to the Chapel for the mass then after that we eat our breakfast together. Our ulam is longanisa at itlog hehe.. (same as the previous year).

We enjoyed a lot specially when we are grouped for the sharing. I cried a lot, my tears burst out when I asked Andrea (my group mate and close friend) what happened to our group's previous issues. I cried because there are thing that are not yet cleared and settled, but she explained that what is she doing now is for the better of the whole group and not to hear rumors about her. I understand, its just I missed the times when we are "whole" as a group. Mitch, Allan, Andrea, and Chai. Well this is life, friends are "sometimes" there but not "all the times" so lets face it. Anyways, it was cleared from what she said.

Before we go home we had a letter giving, this include the persons that you are thankful and the persons you wanted to know better. In this part of our program, I wasn't expecting to receive 12 letters from them. I am very happy because they appreciated every things what I have done for them. Specially my not so close friends and definitely my classmates gave me letters that they are thankful and hoping to know me more :). I'm so thankful that God has given me friends that are caring and loving. I cannot find those things in money or in every part of the world specially the unconditional love of our Heavenly Father. I hope the next year recollection will be more exciting and happy than this.. :3

Twilight! Awsome!..

Waah! I just watched it two times. First, with my mom that was 3rd day of December in SM Bacoor, second was 6th of December with my college classmates- Allan, Chai, Mark, Jane and also with my high school classmates- Darbin and Jennifer in Mall of Asia.

At first, Allan hesitated to watch Twilight and decided to watch Quarantine but all of us agreed to watch Twilight so he doesn't have any choice so he decided to come with us. As we move on to the movie house we bought popcorn and drinks then waited for Jennifer and Darbin to come. We first arrived 12:30 pm at MOA from DLSU and they came from Bacoor but we have to wait for them coz of traffic and they made it on time. The movie will start at 1:20 pm and they arrived 1:05 pm, just enough time for them to buy tickets and popcorn.

The movie Twilight, starring Kristen Stewart (Bella Swan) and Robert Pattinson (Edward Cullen) is a "must to see" movie for me. Edward is awsome! His soooo cute and smart! I love it when he smiles and everything about him, no wonder why Bella easily fall for him in spite their Big Differences in life and the story circulate on how they fought for their love.

It was exciting even though I already watched the movie for the second time, but I feel like repeating it all over again. Its because on how the story flow for Bella and Edward.

After watching movie, we ended up on the sea side. We eat qwek qwek hehe our all time favorite with gulaman and took some pictures of us at the sea side hahah!

It is a good experience for us, this serves as our gift for our selves in the up comming Christmas Celebration.

Here are the 3 tickets from SM Bacoor and 2 in MOA

I was like "pati ba naman yung statue ninakawan pa!". Its because the statue was made from pure copper, I'm not sure about that though, anyways back to the issue. I just realized that people will do anything for money, and sad thing is that it's our national hero!!! D:< Here is the link where I found about this issue
